We accept most major health plans and are happy to bill your insurance to help you take advantage of orthodontic insurance benefits through your employer. Our Financial Coordinator will work with you to help determine applicable benefits prior to starting treatment. It is important that you fully understand your own insurance plan, what benefits are and are not covered, and keep abreast of any changes to your benefits. If you have two different health plans which provide orthodontic benefits, be sure and determine whether or not they will coordinate benefits and allow double coverage.
Some employers provide a flexible health saving plans that allows you to set aside pre-tax dollars from which you can reimburse yourself for qualified out-of-pocket health expenses. Please check with your employer’s plan administrator prior to starting treatment to understand the particulars of your program. We are happy to work with you to help utilize this outstanding benefit.
